Director & CEO
He is a Chemical Engineer with an MBA in Finance and Ph.D. in Business Management from Calcutta University. With 53 years’ experience, he specializes in project viability evaluation, monitoring, debt restructuring, rehabilitation, mergers, turnarounds, project execution, and international banking and institutional financing.
Shri Amritabha Sural
Director
He is a Chemical Engineer from Calcutta University with 52 years’ experience in project conceptualization, design, construction, commissioning, and R&D for chemical and metallurgical plants. He has held senior roles including Technical Director at United Consultants and Plant Manager at Hindustan Fertilizer Corporation.
Sabita Datta
Director
Mrs. Sabita Datta is the Director of the company. She has more than 36 years’ experience in accounts and administration.
Sayantani Datta
Advisor
Ms. Sayantani Datta is the Advisor of the company. She is a B.com (Hons) and MBA (Finance) from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai. She completed Executive Management Programme from IIM, Bangalore. She has 23 years of experience in risk management and project appraisal. She has travelled widely in various countries as part of her professional activities.

Ms. Anjali Kejriwal is a B. Com (Hons.) and MBA (Finance) from Calcutta University. She has 18 years’ experience in Project appraisal and product development.
Dr. Tania Datta
Senior Executive
She holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from R.V. College, Bangalore, and a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Utah. With 9 years’ experience in environmental engineering and pollution control, she is a Professor at Tennessee Technological University and an active member of professional organizations.
