Mr. Indrajit Deb
He is M.Tech (Chem. Eng.), MBA and M.Phil (Business Management). He has more than 36 years experience in chemical industry. He has worked with Cement Corporation of India Ltd., Bengal Immunity Ltd. He was Managing Director, Manipur State Drugs & Pharmaceutical Ltd., Manipur. He retired as Managing Director, Bharat Immunologicals & Biologicals Corporation Ltd., Bulandshahr.
Mr. Suraj Kumar Poddar
He is B.Com, LLB, Sr. Advocate, High Court, Kolkata and Supreme Court, New Delhi. He has 29 years experience in various legal matters.
Mr. N. K. Chatterjee
He is a B. Sc. (Bio Science), Tea Planter & Consultant having 35 years experience in Tea Industries & Tea Plantation.
Mr. S. Pal
He is AMIE (Civil) having 27 years working experience in Industries and Consultancy.
Mr. Sanjay Kothari
He is FCA and Company Secretary. He has about 25 years experience in various industries, investment and consultancy.
Mr. Tapan Chatterjee
He is an MS in Production Management in Textiles from Belfast College Of Technology, Northern Ireland having 28 years of working experience in Jute, Textile and Woolen Industries in both India and abroad.
Our team members are professionals, experienced in preparing techno economic viability (TEV) study, turnaround management, handling NCLT/NCLAT cases, corporate debt restructuring (CDR), non-performing asset (NPA) management, acting as lenders’ independent engineer and evaluation of residual/useful life of plant and machineries.
